A $1000.00 deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 60 DAYS PRIOR TO the first business day of the WEEK in which your booking starts. Deposits are reversible within 7 days of confirmation, after which all payments are non-refundable. They can though, be applied to another booking made within the same calendar year.

Payments are welcome by certified cheque or credit card-(Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

In the event a personal emergency or a medical condition necessitates a change in your travel plans, please refer to the cancellation insurance policy, or to the following 2 available options: (a). Alternate guest(s) may be substituted 15 days prior to the departure date. (b). Payments will be credited in full towards a future reservation within the same season, provided that space is available on the date selected.

The GST is refundable from the Canadian Government . Please download the appropriate applications.
